11th ICSS Bormio (I) presentation

I am very honored and happy to present the next edition of the International Congress on Science and Skiing that will be held in Bormio in December 2026.

It will not be easy to repeat the excellent scientific and social program proposed by the president prof. Barbara Pellegrini and prof. Federico Schena. However, we must try with the help of the ICSS executive board and all the ICSS friends who have encouraged me in these days: many thanks to everyone, and a special thanks to prof. Erich Müller, the true father of the ICSS community.

I would like to extend greetings from Prof. Stefan Lindinger who shared with me the idea of ​​organizing the 11th ICSS.Unfortunately Stefan could not be here. He is very sorry not to be able to participate in the ICSS congress for the first time in his life. However, Stefan's contribution as co-president of the next ICSS will be very valuable.
